Absolutely horrible experience. I would never recommend the Nilsson Group. Horrible communication. Found out 10 minutes prior to my first court appearance they wouldnt be there and it should probably be rescheduled. Second court appearance was an hour late. No follow up until billing then lots of emails that get charged at a 15 minute increment.

I’d give less stars if I could! Spencer is a terrible attorney, wasted our retainer and absolutely didn’t do a single thing. Literally made our case go backwards. Him and his entire staff are completely unprofessional. Please save your money and time, go elsewhere. I’m pretty sure Spencer got his degree from University of Phoenix online.

Sadly in this day and age the family dynamic is disintegrating...and the fine folks at Nilsson Legal Group are there to help you in your time of need. The acceptance process is fairly simple and as far as I’m concerned, they are very accessible when I need anything addressed. The legal team has treated me like a human being with dignity and respect. That makes them top notch in my book!

As a father of 3 girls ages 3-12 Nilsson helped me get custodial. I am so happy when other lawyers pretty much laughed at me after getting served trying to find someone last minute Nilsson was there for me and even let me pay out the remaining balance since I couldn't afford all of it right there. I highly recommend Spencer Nilsson to anyone.
