Contacted their office today to set a time to speak with a lawyer to determine if this firm would be the firm to represent my interests. I was advised the thirty minute consultation is $200. I have a hunch this firm is either incredibly busy or they simply forgot as a consumer, we choose who to move ahead with. The money means nothing, but the fact I will be getting charged while courting this firm to decide if they will best represent me, is anything but best practices.

I had procured services from Sisemore Law Firm and could not have been more pleased! The firm placed me with Jerold and he was single handedly the best attorney I have had. He immediately got to work and kept me up to speed at all times. I have had a bad taste in my mouth about attorneys until this law firm. Samantha was super responsive and did everything in her power to get my case settled. My nephew was accused of insider trading in what appears to have been a case of mistaken identity. The investigation included the Sheriff’s Dept., FBI, and SEC agents from several states. With so many agencies involved, the legal work was daunting and our family wasn’t able to get any information on why he was arrested. Justin Sparks represented my nephew in dealing with the FBI and SEC and sent an attorney to accompany him to a hearing in Texas (we live in Florida). Although there was an initial barrage of threats of legal action by the SEC, it has been a year since Mr. Sparks responded to their allegations and no further action has been taken by them. It was a terrifying experience to have agents from three states surround our house and demand access for a search, but it was even worse not being able to get answers from any of the authorities. Our family is grateful to the Sparks Law Firm for stepping in to stop the harassment and put this matter to rest.
