I did not receive any documentation of negotiations during mediation or any explanation of the drafted Settlement Agreement from the Sisemore Law Firm attorney prior to my signing the agreement. My legal counsel failed to disclose financial information received from opposing counsel, failed to collect prorated property taxes due, failed to subtract my half equity in the community property vehicle from the market value causing me to pay full market value, failed to accurately determine the buyout amount of the community residential property, and failed to tell me until I was at mediation that I could have a financial consultant present at mediation. In addition, Justin Sisemore had emailed me regarding my negative reviews of their representation of me for my divorce and threatened to turn my communications over to legal to take further action for "libelous statements" contained in my reviews. I do not recommend that anyone hire Justin Sisemore or Curran Skinner to represent them in a family law case. They failed in their representation of me as their client and I believe that their actions were unethical in the handling of my divorce case from Mediation through the signing of the divorce decree by the judge as I would not sign the decree.

I would highly recommend their law firm, they recently handled my case 03/2024. their attorneys are informative towards you. Keeping you informed of what’s needed or how to move forward with your legal issue. Their also Flexible on payment plans.

I had my first court hearing yesterday. As I sat there in the courtroom, waiting on my lawyer, not knowing what to expect. I noticed the oattorneys in the room looked like they just got out of bed. Still sleeping with messy hair and wrinkled suits. I thought man if one of these is my attorney, I might be in trouble . I know we all have those days. But then suddenly right on time here she comes.
