Worst law firm and lawyer I have ever had to "represent" me. After my original lawyer I hired from Schneider law firm went on maternity leave I was passed off to another lawyer in the firm. Big mistake. The new lawyer that was to represent myself seemed woefully unprepared or experienced. They continually disregarded my requests and caved to whatever the opposing party wanted to do. They allowed the opposing party to walk all over me. I truly felt as if they were just going through the motions without listening to anything I had to say. They would allow the opposing party to never sign the final order, months after the final hearing, and instead chose to just send an email to them month after month asking them to sign. One day I get a bill saying they typed up a motion they were filing with the court to get them to sign. This perplexed me as I had never seen this motion and I was also getting billed simultaneously for them emailing the opposing counsel asking them to return the signed order. I questioned this motion they said they typed up and a few days later I received a response stating that they had typed up this motion because the opposing counsel told them they were going to have their client sign, but then would never return the signed order or contact them back. I have asked on multiple occasions for a copy of the motion they typed up, to which I have never been provided. I finally convinced them to set a court date asking the judge to force them to sign the order. I also told them no matter if they sign before the court date or not I want them to proceed with the hearing because I want the judge to be made aware that they have refused to sign until I filed another motion forcing them too. I also told them I want them to ask the court for my legal fees back that are associated with having to force them to sign. Today I get an email stating that they received the signed order back from the opposing counsel last Friday afternoon, when my court hearing is tomorrow, and they are canceling the hearing. So here I am again, being completely disregarded by my attorney and allowing the opposing counsel to walk all over me, while being stuck with yet more uneccessary legal fees by this firm. This is not the representation I was led to believe I would have when I hired this law firm. They have continually cost me excessive amounts of legal fees all while letting opposing counsel continually walk all over me. I would never hire this firm again and if I were an individual seeking representation from someone that should represent my best interest, would stay far away.

I really enjoyed my conversation w Taryn. She was very understanding and upfront on what to do. The appointment time was good and I would highly recommend her to others seeking advice or an attorney for child support.

I was really excited to work with this lawfirm but my experienced turned out to be worse than I imagined. No divorce, no child support, just child custody and I was out 8k and there had no been any court time or mediation yet. I felt they nickled and dimed and made things more complicated than they should have been. I did not feel my attorney was standing up for me or defending me as they should have been. I did not have a good experience and decided to go somewhere else.

Worth every penny

Waste of money. Didn't help get love one out of prison. Don't go here. Find another attorney. Do yourself a favor.

Can not keep Attorneys, charge for long conversations when they are talking about their life. Don’t do what is asked from them. I would NOT recommend ANY Schneider Law Firm to anyone. Do research and don’t be afraid to ask other attorneys about this firm. THIS IS A VERY BAD FIRM. Dropped me over $221 and said I ghosted them. ( What professional says “ghosted” repetitively to a client ). What could have come close to that is I stopped checking up on my case by calling due to the charges I was getting from the Attorney talking about herself and her life experiences. I did not “ghost” them, we have the receipt showing it was paid and she wasn’t near interested in seeing it or proof of it. $7k into this and then dropped. Bad communication, the service should have been a lot better.
