Navid gave us peace when our world was turned completely upside down unexpectedly. We spoke with several attorneys who scared us regarding this whole process (first time to experience something like this, and we hope to never have to go through this ever again!!). Navid, however, was kind, understanding, and maintained a CALM and reassuring demeanor throughout our ordeal. We are waiting on one last thing (which we will have to deal with in a couple of months), but he has done everything he said he would do so we have no doubt it will not be taken care of.
