Great experience at Spahr Law! I completed my living trust with them a couple years ago and recently had some life changes. They were diligent in updating and restating my trust and made the process seamless. Very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Made everything easy to understand and made sure we were comfortable with everything before walking out the door. Even after they were in constant communication about the process. Highly recommended.

I have been trying for months to have my Texas home moved into my personal trust and getting no where. I called Karl Spahr’s law office and worked with Amber and Gary Hanes in the Real Estate Planning department. I was amazed how quickly they were able to get everything taken care of and at a very affordable price. They were courteous, professional and answered all the questions I had. They were on top of everything from the very first call. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about the Spahr Law Firm! Karl, Gary & Amber made moving to a Trust and which one(s) to consider very easy. No pressure, just straight forward information and options to fit our needs. Amber gave excellent followup regarding renaming (funding) accounts in the new Trust names. No questions were too small for them to cover, sometimes having to repeat what we had been told before. Very professional folks.

Our trust was a very efficient process. After a couple years we had to do an amendment, Gary Hanes our Estate Planning Consultan, took care of the amendment very quickly. This trust was more of a suggest from my sister and I. Gary did a great job of explaining and working with my family.
