I can say without hesitation that Steve Laird and Seth McCloskey are two of the more compassionate, intelligent, and hard working attorneys in the Metroplex. They attend and speak at numerous CLE events and testify in Austin regarding various bills. Simply put--they CARE! I have been working with this law office on an injury case that I had for a few years and really loved the way I have been treated as a client and customer. The attorney who was working on my case, the paralegal and every other staff working at this office are very friendly and making sure to take care of the clients and their cases. They've just settled my injury case after a few years without giving up and dishonesty. I could not have been happier with Steve Laird. I had lost my wife of almost forty-four years in a horrific auto accident. A well respected Ft. Worth attorney, who is a personal friend, referred me to Steve. He felt Steve was one of the very best In the country at handling cases such as mine. Strictly because of his endorsement, we chose Steve. What appeared to be a straightforward case to me, was far more involved than what met the eye. The case took time to gather critical information. Steve was both creative and tenacious. His knowledge of judges, districts, and precincts proved extremely advantageous, but that was only a part of it. There were no stones he did not unturn. As a result, he discovered an unlikely advantage that produced a nicer settlement than was expected. My friend shared with me that in his professional opinion, most attorneys would not have been creative enough to uncover such an advantage.
