I recently just finished with my dwi case that was from may of 2023 and we won in trial! Because I was working seasonally in Colorado I needed to find a lawyer fast before I had to move back within a week for work. It’s been nice just handing the reins to my attorney, Ej Odre. I didn’t have to worry about the ins and outs of the case until I decided that I wanted to take it to trial and I just wanted it that way so I could deal with other things I needed to back in Colorado. Ej was great with the questions I had regarding the plea deal and whether it was worth taking or fighting. Rebecca Tejada sat in our trial with Ej and was his second hand. She did absolutely amazing with just coming in new for just the trial. I know she will do great as a new member of the Medlin law firm. Jaqueline was my legal assistant who answered all my questions about my court appearances, since I was in Colorado and had to fly back every time it was important that I had the right days that I needed to be here if I wasn’t excused from the court date. I would definitely recommend this law firm to family and friends, hopefully I won’t need them again, but if I do they will be my first call.
