This law firm used to be good but it appears that they are dropping the ball as of late. They were able to help my husband with his original case. At the time we were promised that they would try to get him early release from his probation. We were also told and have it in writing that they would do this once without charge. We moved to a new city in another state and we were told at that time that they could no longer work on his early release. So we gave up at that point. A few months later my husband had lost his job and had found another that he was denied from because he was on probation. We reached out to the Medlin law firm again and all the sudden we were told that they could petition for early release but we had to pay. Let me reiterate that my husband was not working and therefore money was tight. In hopes that it would pay off we did come up with the money. It has been almost 4 months and we have been getting the run around ever since. My husband will be done with probation in September, I genuinely feel they are just going to let the clock run out and keep our money. There were no guarantees that he would get early release which we completely understood, but we did at least think there would be an attempt made.

Robert is remarkable. First, he took our case when nobody else wanted it. He was smart, diligent, and sincere; unlike all the stories you've heard about attorneys. I truly believe he fought for us when we couldn't fight for ourselves. I hope to never need a lawyer again, but if I do it will be Robert Kisselburgh.

I came into legal trouble last year, overwhelmed I didn't know what to do facing the charge I was facing, everyone's worst fear, a Felony. If we would have kept pressing for trial, I have confidence I would have had the charge dropped altogether, however I just wanted to be done and was more than happy with the outcome. They will go whatever route you want to go and give great advice all the way through. If I had to go through my situation again, I would choose The Medlin Law Firm without hesitation. The sky's the limit, and they got the jets to get there. I can't thank them enough, and I am forever grateful for everyone at the firm. BUYER BEWARE: Their only concern is that they get their money. Their representation is minimal at best. If there was a zero star option, it would be checked.

I actually wouldn't even give them one star. Their receptionist very rude very out of line with her questions all around s***** service. I am a previous client and attempted to make a phone call and speak to one of the attorneys there and got disrespected and declined do not use this Law Firm
