He ripped me off $2800. Its been 2 yrs but i still think about it. I would call and no answer back. Ask for my money back and front office said my money was spent. Never went to court.

Doesn't even deserve a star. I met Mark once for about 15 minutes. Met with a member of his staff, once. My retainer was used up mostly due to my attempts to communicate with the staff. Nothing was ever done with my case and my Ex-husband's attorney ended up completing everything for us and didn't charge me a dime and didn't charge my ex anything extra! After their lack of communication, I had moved during that time and they continued to charge me for returned mail!

If you're looking to spend 7,500 dollars and have nothing done go to Mark Lane. He did a horrible job and acted as if he was to good to reply to my messages he's all about the money and doesn't care one bit about your case.

I was told my case was easy and that it would be resolved in 3 months for around $3000, it took over a year and nearly triple that cost to get a resolution, which I finally had to demand happen in mediation or I would still be waiting for another rescheduled court date and be paying him for doing nothing. Never failed to take my money on time every month, but never returned phone calls or emails (also, never dealt directly with him- it was always office staff and paralegals)....and when I requested my bill it took them 4 months and 8 phone calls to get it to me, conveniently exactly when my final payment was due.

Mark and his staff are awesome, as stated in the title. For 8 years i have been in the parental legal system. Upon finding Mark, I contacted his office and from the day I did till we just wrapped up our first round Mark and his staff have been caring, honesty (even when I didn't like what I heard), fair, realistic and most of all they put mine and my family's needs first. Through every facet of this process they have been able and willing to keep me centered on the actual issues at hand... not an easy task. I have never felt as if he or his staff did not have my best interest at heart. To have my attorney and his expertise, make no mistake he know his chosen profession, in my corner and to have my back made a very difficult situation easier to deal with. Mark and team, Thank you for all you have done and continue to do! I will not stop referring and I will not stop thanking you!

Mark and his office ultimately helped me get what I wanted for my son which is more stability for him. Mark is a personable guy and has good insight. His staff is all very kind. Mark is a bulldog and will fight for his clients. My ex and I agreed in mediation for our new order. He also represented me when my son’s mother tried to temporarily take my custody away because I am a first responder and my wife is a ER nurse during Covid. Mark handled the legal side of things in court and I handled the medical information. We won. Mark is a good dude and his staff are awesome.

I will never use them again nor give them a referral.
