Great counsel!! After trying to deal with the insurance company on my own I realized that I was no match for the huge corporate world of insurance! I searched the internet and found Bill! Thankfully it was the right decision to hire him and this was the best possible representation I could have possibly had!!! Thanks for everything you did for me! I highly recommend this firm!!

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW. Our car accident was May 25th 2017. I’m not talking a minor fender bender. We were going 70 on the highway when a car hit us from behind after that car was struck by a truck. So we are talking three car accident. Scary. My husband and two young children were in the vehicle and my husband got the brunt of the injuries. He suffered a herniated disk pushing on his spinal cord. It was a bad wreak that left our family wreaked. We found Bill about a week after the accident via google. His office was the only office that could get someone to my house (what?!!) to take care of us and get all the details quickly. We really wanted to make the right decision about choosing a lawyer and when Stan, the assistant to Bill, showed up and spoke with us we knew we had! From that day forward I wasn’t chasing a lawyer for answers. Bill, our actual lawyer, and his staff were calling me on the phone on a regular basis. They would ask how I was, how my husband was, how my kids were, if we needed a meal and so on. They were there for us every step of the way. Giving updates and checking in. Unfortunately my husband ending up needing surgery. When he had his surgery Bill called and sent food and made sure we were taken care of. The personal phone calls from Bill were not expected but were amazing and made my family feel important. We cannot say enough about his office and Bill himself. They are professional, caring and organized people that made going through all of this a ton easier. We highly recommend them to anyone and we are extremely grateful that we found him!

Mr. Berenson and his staff are AMAZING When I had a head- on collision with a drunk driver and ended up in the hospital unable to walk I seriously had ZERO idea of what I was gonna do. My best friend suggested I hire an attorney I knew I didn't wanna hire 1 of those ambulance chasers so I started doing research on injury lawyers. Mr. Berenson was top rated in north Texas so I decided to give him a call. EVERYBODY in the entire office was helpful and polite and really just went out of their way to make sure they could help anyway they can. And because of them I was able to land on my feet even after I had lost everything because of 1 drunken idiot. THANKS SO MUCH Y'ALL!!!!!!!!

Mr. Berenson went above and beyond for me. He got me the highest possible settlement from a horrible insurance company, he negotiated my medical bills down so that I didn't end up in debt, and he personally called and kept me updated on my case.

***Update Unfortunately, I was involved in another accident but Mr. Berenson came through big time and I was pleased with the result. Mr. Berenson was able to get the full policy limits, and my limits are pretty high, I am completely satisfied and grateful. Jessica was my case manager and I can't say enough about how helpful she has been. My case was complicated but we reached a settlement without trial in a timely manner. He did a fantastic job of negotiating my medical bills for maximum reduction which meant more money in my pocket.

I hired mr berenson to help when I was hit in a car accident. I had gone to the emergency room and at the beginning received a small bill for x-ray and pregnancy test. No other bills were sent to me. After a few months, mr berenson "won" me a settlement and said they had covered the bills and there were no other bills outstanding "that they're aware of". They also offered me a gift card to write a good review about his office which I did. 2 months later I received a 3200$ bill from the hospital. The hospital said they had sent it to the attorney. This bill is now in collections ruining my credit. Funny how it showed up after the case was settled when I never knew anything about it. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful people! Very understanding and helpful! I was treated with respect and help with anything I needed. Answered all questions, provided information with no problem also moved at a timely fashion, very professional and friendly people which is a plus in my book. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with personal injuries !! The office is also a inviting and Pleasant place to be. I do truly appreciate them for all their help and hard work!!
