I didn't want to hassle with an insurance company after being broadsided by another motorist (and then pitched forward head on into a tree!) as I was more concerned with my recovery while also working my demanding full-time job. While I worked on those two aspects, Mr. Berenson and his team took care of getting the other motorist's insurance policy to pay my claim. In between, he and Shannon checked on my progress making sure I was healing correctly and getting the medical treatment I required. Shannon was instrumental in getting all of my medical bills together and making sure they were all in order for presentation to the insurance company. Not only did they handle all of the "grunt" work, Shannon was great with her emails and communication - very responsive, easy to get in touch with. And Mr. Berenson? During one week he called me nearly everyday to keep me informed during the negotiation phase. Always pleasant, knowledgeable and very nice! I certainly hope I never have to go through this process again, but I can assure you if I do, I know who I'm calling. You won't be disappointed with Mr. Berenson, his team, his results or his determination to resolve your case.

They answered any and all questions I had, and they were very thorough in explaining everything to me in detail. I knew what was going on every step of the way during my case. Last September my wife was injured in an accident with a semi-truck that had blocked the road completely and the driver was not in the truck. She had surgery the next day.
