Mr. Berenson makes you feel like he's your personal attorney, that he has no other clients than you. My wife and I met with him in person after he and his staff worked on her case. I was impressed by the amount of work they had done. He takes time to make sure all questions are answered. He's attentive and detailed. He cares that he and his team have done a good job for you. We've never hired a lawyer and didn't know what to expect. It was important to my wife that the lawyer be local, in Fort Worth. Mr. Berenson's knowledge of Fort Worth and Tarrant County is extensive. We know there's no way we would have had the fair settlement we received if we had taken care of things on our own. From her injuries to our totaled vehicle, they helped with everything. We've told our story to family and friends. We'll keep telling people to call Mr. Berenson if they are ever in this situation. He and his team are that good and caring.

I've never hired a lawyer in my life. This was my first (and, hopefully, my last) accident involving injuries. I initially thought, my husband and I will handle this situation. Accidents happen, right? Why make a bigger deal of it? Well, wrong... A week after the accident I was having pain severe enough to know I was going to be making a 2nd trip to the ER. Also, the driver who caused the accident took days to provide his insurance information and was trying to get witnesses to say it was my fault. So, the physical pain and unnecessary emotional turmoil was to the point I started looking for a lawyer. I wanted someone who would see me as a person and not as a "case" to make some money from my misfortune. I wanted someone local to me in Fort Worth. My initial call to Mr. Berenson's firm was answered by Stan. I had my questions written out for him and he answered them and gave me information I didn't know I should have asked him. I hired them to help me. It was the best decision I could have made under the circumstances. Stan helped me with my initial questions, and helped ensure my issues with my totaled vehicle were handled appropriately and fairly. Shannon helped on the medical side of making sure they had everything needed for my case. Mr. Berenson has made several phone calls and has communicated via email and via written letters to parties involved. NOT only that, Mr. Berenson has called me a number of times to PERSONALLY keep me updated. He didn't hand me off to an assistant to communicate for him. I am a person who is used to being independent, and taking care of things myself. I have received the utmost respect for who I am as a person and compassion for my situation beyond my injuries. I have received emails with information to review as they have realized I like to be "hands on" making sure "i's" are dotted and "t's" are crossed. I'm sure for people who want them to just handle things, they do just that and communicate as needed. If you are in Tarrant County and are in need of an experienced law firm to compassionately and respectfully help you with an accident with injuries, give them a call. I am glad I did. I have learned a lot in this experience. There's no way I could have handled this as well on my own.
