Thanks to God my husband and 2 kids and all involved were alive from car accident, though it has been a long year dealing with this, their office took a great deal off our shoulders. My family suffered an immeasurable loss when my Father and best friend was tragically killed in a collision with an large truck. After the initial shock and weeks of soul searching our family decided we needed to seek any and all available forms of “justice” to hopefully have something good and healing come from this event. With the help of our family attorney, we interviewed literally dozens of personal injury firms in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. And the end of our search we had face to face interviews with three firms, of which Stephens/Anderson/Cummings was first in line. After our meeting with John and Seth my brothers and I simply wanted to cancel the remaining interviews because we felt so comfortable with their team and the professionalism presented to our family. It was such an easy decision to partner with John Cummings and his firm, and that is what our 18 month process was…a true partnership. There are so many details I could share about the experience. From the kindness and gentleness they gave during conversations with our grieving Mother to the aggressiveness when called for in fighting for what we all knew was fair and just, John and his team were never “surprised” during the discovery/pre-trial process. And it was a process! They seemed to have a sixth sense about what the other side was thinking. Their experience served us well. Lastly, when the time came for what I would call the “tough decision” on whether to settle or continue to trial, their counsel was amazing. They knew how hard it was to separate our emotions from this decision and always made sure we knew the decision was ours and ours alone. There was never ANY pressure to settle prematurely and that helped make this partnership successful. My only regret is that my Dad did not have the opportunity to know these guys himself…just a good group of attorneys that worked hard for his family.

Excellent communication and care. Thanks so much to Adam and Stacy for helping me through my first accident. I was a little lost in who to call, stumbled upon this firm and am glad I did. They walked me through the whole process and got me the best settlement they could. It was a minor accident compared to others more seriously injured but I feel they still treated my case as if it was just as important. I would like to take a minute and talk about a great person like Monroe. He was very professional, he is a man of his word and best part was his caring nature towards his clients. Initially i hired another attorney, due to his negligence I was issued a arrest warrant and with my friends suggestion I met Monroe. He jumped right on to my case and explained about the consequences i would be going through and helped me by dropping the charges on me from Class A Misdemeanour to Class C Misdemeanour. As i was so tensed about my career as i came to USA on student visa. Coming to my case i was caught by police for making alcohol available to minor. I did not know he was minor as he looked above 21 years they took my details and said they would contact me once all the paper work is done. But after 6 months police directly came to my home with a search warrant and asked me to get a bail bond, when i approached my first lawyer came to know that he neglected my case and even never cared to talk to the police officials and that is when with my friends reference i met Monroe. The day i hired him he jumped into my case and had a talk with officials, convinced them to drop the charges to Class C in the court and got my case dismissed. I would highly recommend Monroe to anyone looking for a hard working, honest attorney if you want to here good news in the court room. Hope he will have a wonderful career and great life ahead.
