Do not recommend it, I payed them $270 for two citations, just so they get me to pay $475 more for 210 days of probation! Don’t waste your money just go and pay the court.

Family and I hired him several times for various traffic tickets throughout the years. Not a complaint when I say his office is a like an assembly line where many people, some waiting out of the door by the way, to hire him. Fill out a form, etc. Pain-free, no hassle, quick and painless. I found it odd never personally speaking to him, however all tickets were dismissed with a one time flat fee. No worries, because Mallory is the Superman for professionally handling traffic tickets!

I had a very bad experience with the ladies that answer the phones at the office. The first lady I had spoken with was very unhelpful and unknowledgeable about the questions I needed to get answered regarding fees and court dates. Lilly or Lillian was very unprofessional. She accused me of saying something that I didn’t say and our conversation started to become very hostile to where I had to request to speak with an attorney to further conduct my business with this office because Lilly or Lillian was misrepresenting what I had said to her. I’m not saying I had a bad experience with the attorneys here but only with some of their personnel.

This law firm wasn’t able to handle my county. They did however end up referring me to the lawyer, Kyle Morrow, who did represent me in Dallas county. He’s great and if they work on the same wavelength I would assume the same.
