We needed the services of Thomas-Walters in an emergency situation. I found out I needed open heart surgery ASAP. I didn't even have a medical power of attorney. I contacted Katie Manchaca on Thursday and explained the situation. She got our family info (including our business) and recommended we have a family trust. By Monday she had everything we needed drawn up for both my wife and I. We met with Meredith Thomas for the signing. They were both very knowledgable and very thorough in explaining everything. The documents also came with a very helpful list for setting up beneficiaries for various types of accounts. And the charges seemed reasonable. I highly recommend them for estate planning services.
