Thomas Michel is extremely professional and also caring for his clients. He helped me with my divorce recently, and I am more than glad he was my attorney. He made the process professional, quick and agreeable. Thomas also showed great compassion during one of the hardest times of my life. He gave both great legal and emotional/mental advice to me through the process. I would highly recommend him to any person in the DFW area seeking legal representation. In addition, his staff is very professional, always returning emails and calls in a timely manner (never more than 24 hour turnover). They also worked quickly for me and made sure all of my needs were met. Griffith, Jay and Michel is the best law firm in Fort Worth!

Mr. Michel is a phenomenal attorney. He represented me in my divorce years ago, and the outcome could not have been better. My wife went through 3 different attorneys trying to match ability, which never happened. I could not have been more pleased with his abilities. He definitely shines in the court room.

Thomas is one of the most respected divorce attorneys in Fort Worth..... When I realized divorce was inevitable, I asked a friend of my moms. whom is a judge, whom she would use, She said if she was headed to divorce court, the best in town is Thomas Michel.... After months of litigation, I was able to get EVERYTHING that I had asked for. Not only that, he was able to handle to my emotional state, which was not good at the time and taught me to treat this on a professional level. To say I'd highly recommend Mr. Michel would be an understatement.... Remember, you get what you pay for.

Incredibly non-responsive lawyer. More concerned with his reputation within the Fort Worth Law community than with being responsive or aggressive for his clients. Allowed opposing lawyer to dictate terms and pace of settlements and agreements. Did not initiate any recourse when opposing lawyer and client did not respond to discovery proceedings in timely manner or when they failed to deliver as was required on mediated agreement. Allowed agreements to be written in manner that I had no recourse.
