Michael, and Mason have been amazing to our family. They really care about the people they serve. They care about our veterans and their family. My Mother n law has recently been placed in assisted living and the cost for this is more than what her income is. This law firm has been working with us to get her a VA benefit to help with the cost . Mom’s husband served in the Korean War and therefore she qualifies for this benefit. Lots of paper to complete and I want to thank Michael and Mason at this law firm for helping her. They are amazing. 😊

This law firm is amazing. My dad was in an impossible situation and they helped him with open arms. Once they got all the information from us and filed it with the VA, it only took 6 weeks for a response. After a few questions and processing of the form, the application was filed and approved in a short period of time (2 months). Let me start off by saying that Clifton Coufal Law Firm successfully achieved what I had been trying to do (on my own) for YEARS! So happy I connected with them! I was referred to Clifton Coufal Law Firm by an in-home care giver company I was using to assist my senior aged parents. The care giver company knew I had been painstakingly working with an authorized representative from the VA, seeking financial assistance for our family. Despite all my efforts with the VA representative, I was getting NOWHERE. It was so frustrating, the bills were stacking up, and I was at risk of having to move my parents to try another means to "qualify" them for financial assistance. Then along came my saving grace, Clifton Coufal Law Firm! I spoke with Heather who did a simple intake of information, and we discussed the options the law firm could provide. Heather and Michael did an awesome job getting all the forms filled out and filed correctly for my dads VA aid and attendance. It took less than half the time to receive his benefits than what they estimated. They returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions. I would/have recommended them to anyone needing elder law.

What a blessing it was to go through this process. After getting approval we still had questions and they continued to help answer questions and help guide us.
