I was in a car accident where the other driver was with out a doubt responsible. It took a while to get back to normal but the staff at Patterson is amazing. Everyone there was personable, professional, kept up with my case and communicated often. It was a pleasure working with everyone and I would recommend Patterson any day.

I cannot not say enough about this place. My family and I were in a horrible car accident and I had no clue where to start. From the moment I called, they were there for me. I was in a car accident and the other driver was 100% at fault. This was my first wreck and I was naïve in thinking it would be easy to deal with the other person’s insurance myself, since they were at fault. I was so wrong. Their insurance company did everything they could to discredit me, play down my injuries and try to make me feel like I was exaggerating about the seriousness of my accident. Once they told me that they probably would not be covering my medical bills, I knew I needed someone with more experience to help me through this. I contacted Patterson Law Group after reading all of the reviews on Google and made an appointment to meet with them. The moment I stepped into their office, I felt at ease because of how friendly and caring everyone was. From that point on, they handled everything. I felt like I could breathe again because I no longer had to personally deal with the other insurance company. I was able to log in to check the status of my case and I received regular phone calls from staff checking on me and keeping me informed about what was happening. I received a very fair settlement and all of my medical bills were paid for by the other insurance company. None of that would have happened if Patterson Law Group hadn’t been there to fight for me. I’m so grateful for their help.

My husband was rear ended which u would think a no brainer, but not the case. Patterson Staff was always responsive & helpful. They were always in contact with us. They would follow up after medical procedures. The TLC the staff has is wonderful. They exceeded our exceptations. HO OPEFULLY We wont evet need them again, if so we know where to go & who we can trust.
