In March of 2018, I was a railroad engineer and sustained neck, back and shoulder injuries as well as head trauma due to a negligent semi driver when he tried to beat my train. As a result, I was forced to retire because of my condition and the need for medical treatment. After failed negotiations with the trucking company, we sought legal counsel with Patterson Law Group upon advisement from Jason English. After initial counsel we began working closely with Tennessee Walker of Patterson. Tina, Abby and Erin were instrumental in coordinating and keeping track of my many appointments with various physicians, and all the paperwork that goes along with a case like this. There were many setbacks, including a change of opposing counsel, covid shutting down the courts for a year, the trucking company filing bankruptcy, to name a few, as well as the required time for surgeries, recoveries, and physical therapy. But this team never gave up on me! After a tenacious effort, not only did we win the legal battle, all my medical and legal fees were covered, as well as bills accrued during this time. My quality of life is much improved. I have no hesitation in recommending Patterson Law Group for your personal injury situations.

While I was an active duty soldier, I unknowingly walked into a situation that resulted in me needing an attorney.
