Unfortunately they had no education on disability laws or Service Animals. Service Animals are legally classified as medical equipment. They would continously refer to them as 'pets'. Quickly found another firm that actually understands disability law and medical equipment. Very disappointed.

The Patterson Law Group is very responsive and takes care of their clients.

8-25-2024 A couple of months ago while I was out running errands, I was completely blind-sided in a tragic car accident. The other driver ran a red light and hit me in the intersection. I am an 89-year-old widow, but in very good health. I knew at my age the recovery from this accident was going to be a be difficult. My main concern was that I really did not want to be financially responsible for a bunch of medical bills and to have to replace my car. I was nervous about how to go about dealing the insurance companies to get these auto and medical bills paid for. My family suggested I call the Patterson Law Group to help navigate all of that. First of all, the attorneys and staff at Patterson treated me like I was their only client. Tina and Greg took on my case and got things settled very efficiently. They treated me like I was their family. And I really think that is what Patterson Law Group is all about. They treat their clients with great patience and respect. They are really wonderful people! My life was turned upside down for three months. My right arm will never be the same, and I lost a lot of my confidence as a result. The time and effort involved in dealing with something like this can be overwhelming, but they handled it all for me. Maybe the most important thing is don’t be afraid to call an attorney to represent you. PLG worked my case on a percentage of the recovery so I really had no financial risk in consulting with them. Insurance companies have their professionals on their side, and there is NO reason you should not have a professional on your side. I did get a very fair settlement. My financial concerns were taken care of by Greg and Tina! They are wonderful! I’m sure there are lots of unscrupulous lawyers in the world who you should not trust. This is more than a law firm their family I always thought It was funny seeing the TV commercials of the law firms. Showing that they can make millions of dollars. This law firm checks on you gives you updates and they work quickly. They would call my wife and I at least once or twice a month why the case was working and they had it solved within Three months. 8-21-2024 A few months ago, I received a call from my 89-year-old mother-in-law. She had been involved in a car accident. She was t-boned by another driver who carelessly ran a red light and totaled her car. She had some pretty serious injuries. Fortunately, several people who witnessed the accident stopped to help her. She had some significant injuries, plus her three-year-old car was a total loss. We discussed the situation and decided that instead of relying on the good graces of the insurance companies involved, we would call the Patterson Law Group because they specialize in helping people deal with just this sort of issue. This was an excellent decision!! My mother-in-law was not trying to get rich off a settlement, but she REALLY did not want to lose money on an accident that was absolutely not her fault. Not to mention the fact that her life was completely turned upside down for the next eight weeks dealing with doctors, wound care specialists, chiropractors, and etc. It wasn’t just her life that was turned upside down, it was the whole family. Initially we spoke to Greg, an attorney at Patterson. We really felt better about the situation right away because we knew we had a real pro on our side to deal with the pros on the side of the insurance companies. Also, Tina was a huge part of taking care of the situation. Remember my mother-in-law is 89, and she was initially really nervous about dealing with the insurance companies. But mostly she just wanted to be sure she was treated fairly. Greg, Tina and the whole team at Patterson Law group made SURE she was not taken advantage of by the insurance companies. But way more important, they took a personal interest in her to make sure she understood where things stood, how long the process would take and etc. They even helped her get an understanding of what her reimbursement would be at the end of the process. My mother-in-law is a very smart person, and she had lots of questions. They always took the time to work with her and answer all of her questions. They really treated her like she was their most important client and an important part of their family. Insurance companies will try to settle claims for the least they can with whatever tactics they choose to employ. It’s their job, and they are paid professionals! The point of this post is to say that I would strongly recommend Patterson Law Group if you are ever in an accident. They are large enough to take care of your situation, and small enough to actually care about your outcome.

I AM SO BEYOND GRATEFUL For the PLG .Truly, did not know how much we actually needed them at the time of the accident. but man the more that unfolded, I don't know what we would have done without them. Our entire family was hit at a red light by an uninsured driver with an expired license, the car was totaled, and unfortunately, several of us experienced issues after. They went above and beyond to communicate, help facilitate all necessary conversations with insurance, medical providers etc. and kept us up to date. They were intentional, kind and walked us through every bit of the process, like how to properly discard of car seats, what doctors to see, and got us in quickly so that we could get proper imaging, treatment, physical therapy and more. I AM BEYOND GRATEFUL for the lawyers, and the entire team and all of the staff.COULD NOT RECOMMEND working with them enough. They were such a blessing to our family during a stressful time not to mention the compensation that they got us for everything from medical bills to carseats, car, etc. We felt very cared for and trust their team immensely and so glad to know a firm like them exist should any friends or family need their help.
