Condescending, the attorney I was transferred through to was Travis Patterson. I called several months ago and chose not to hire after carefully listening as he berated my profession.

After a debilitating car wreck in 2018, I was overwhelmed by the tasks that lay before me. There were hospital bills, doctor bills, insurance companies, and future medical expenses, all of which had to be navigated. As a result, I sought guidance from a trusted family attorney. That evening I met with their representative Tina Joslin. To say the least she was outstanding. She was confident and professional, and by the end of the meeting I finally felt my life was back on track. Patterson law group was taking control every item that for me seemed so daunting. I  still had pending surgeries, therapies and the litigation to go through,  but I felt I had a firm that was truly working on my behalf.  A firm that not only wanted the best for me but cared for my personal wellbeing. Subsequently,  Tina introduced me to Tennessee Walker, who would be my legal representative over the course of the next year. He ultimately took the case to its rewarding fruition. Medical care, health insurance, auto insurance and the law are all pretty convoluted processes individually but when you put them all together the situation becomes daunting at best. I found myself in this situation last July when I was hit from behind and thrown into the back of a tractor-trailer. Phone calls to and from insurance companies and doctor offices became very frustrating. Well meaning friends offered all sorts of advice but one very clearly told me to contact a lawyer to help me through this maze and recommended Patterson Law group after first hand seeing what they could do for me. I contacted Tina Joslin who immediately put me at ease and set up an interview to learn all the details of my circumstances. From that day forward I was relieved of all the minutia of scheduling appointments with physicians, insurance paperwork, the on-slot of bills arriving for the ambulance, emergency room, lab, x-rays, doctor bills. Tina and her co-workers Erin Parise and Rachell made all the phone calls, paid all the bills, made sure every form was completed in a timely fashion and kept in contact with me as to my physical progress and any other needs I might have. Without these very knowledgeable and professional women working to see that I received the care I needed and the just legal outcome I'm not sure I would have been able to accomplish any of it! Are you looking for sleezy, crooked traffic lawyers? Then keep on looking! The Patterson law firm has changed my entire opinion of traffic attorneys for life! I was struck by another motorist head on and rolled while at work. I have been out of a job for several months, and did not want to go after anyone other than the guy that caused the accident. Even though he had only the minimum coverage. My medical, and lost wages took up most, if not all of that. Tina did not force, or even push me to go after the employer. even though that meant they may not have been paid much in the end. She and the firm respected that I did not want to go after my employers insurance. But when I was let go, I gave them the green light. A few months later they negotiated a very good settlement with both insurance companies. and I can now move forward with my life, and start to put it all back together finally. Life will always throw us curve balls, if one of those happens to be a car accident, don't hire just any lawyer. hire a firm that will treat you like family, not a pay day. I couldn’t have found a better team I guess. I found Patterson law group online and read their reviews which is why I’m writing one also because there reviews were damn good. Sara the operator was always polite and courteous and would always recognize you when you call. Tina was phenomenal in explaining the process and keeping her word for the commitments she made. Travis my attorney who negotiated with the defendants team was really patient understood my requirements negotiated really good on my behalf and delivered and lived upto the commitments he made. Rachel and all other staff that I ever encountered with showed the pride that they take in their work which makes them good at what they do. I hope no one ever has a accident but if you are reading this review it’s probably because you had one consider this law group and you will be happy with the outcome for sure.
