This was my first time having to deal with a car accident that required lawyers. Patterson Law group was very patient and honest with me through the entire process.

Patterson Law Group was my first experience with a law firm due to an accident and it was more than I expected. They were patient, professional, responsive, but overall genuinely caring. I must have sent hundreds of emails filled with questions and each were answered with care and honesty. It was long battle with the insurance company, but they stuck with it and kept faith that they would get me the best reasonable offer, which they did. Should I get in an accident again, I definitely will call the team at Patterson Law Group. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.

My experience with Patterson Law Group was wonderful. Everyone that I had the pleasure of interacting with was very kind and knowledgeable. Above all, I felt that I was in the hands of serious professionals. This law firm was referred to me by a close friend and I am glad that I took his advice.

The office environment at PLG is very inviting and comfortable. The staff appears friendly, they offer you refreshments, and the decor is impeccable. Although the staff at PLG is undoubtedly competent, they are certainly not timely. Throughout our 15 month ordeal, there were several times where I did not hear from them for weeks at a time. I had to ask for updates multiple times before I received answers. I felt as though my time was wasted and my quality of life was lessened due to happenings after our car accident. There were several times where I was spoken to in a patronizing way, even to the point to where one employee said to me, "Now princess..." Overall, I am giving 3 stars because the employees at PLG are skilled at their trade and they were able to help me more than I would have been able to help myself. I appreciated that they lowered their attorney fee when my settlement was not what we expected. Plus, they gave me a free Yeti cup when all was said and done, which was pretty cool. I have no doubt that they can deliver good customer service because they did for someone else I know who had a very profitable case. If your case is cut and dry and you and/or the other party involved have very good insurance coverage, then you will probably have a good experience with PLG. Otherwise, it is likely that you will not be their priority, and they will make that painfully obvious.
