I heard about their law firm before and I spent an entire day searching up reviews from them before I called them. I hired Anna Summersett. She is a very compassionate and understanding lawyer. The person I hired her for was a relative whom was on probation in Texas and got arrested for another crime in another state. I was in contract with her in the timeline of 7 months that he was arrested in another State. The most important thing for me is communication, she answers all my questions that I asked Via a client portal website, and most times there really no need calling her. The extradite takes 3 weeks with him being in a van cuff but the next week he book, she was able to negotiated the least minimum sentence for him and got all his credits for 9 months in prison. I was surprised that she was able to pulled the credit from which he was originally arrested 2 or 3 years ago and that were include in the 9 months. The prices she rated were reasonable, I called in many others lawyer and they rated a amount that was way higher and weren't able to promise a success rate. I'm writing this review nothing more than just thanked her. Thank you girl, you rocks!

Monica handled the adoption of our son. This was an very emotional event but Monica handled it with great care & compassion. Her professionalism made the process smooth by setting proper expectations.

I hired Monica in a very ugly adoption case. Monica not only fought for me but for an innocent child that was caught up in the horrid legal systems of being adopted. Seeing her work tirelessly on weekends, nights, and accepting my calls at any time of day was proof that she was trying to get the situation resolved in a timely manner to put the nightmare behind us, so we could all move on. She made sure I was aware of and understood every document and procedure we took.

The team is extremely dedicated, hard working, and will really push for justice. We had a case that was unlike any other and we were in a tough place. It is very difficult, as you know, to place all your hope on a team you do not know. I urge you to read their reviews and move forward as we did. This was the best decision we could have done and the outcome was remarkable. Anna and Benson worked closely with us but most of all worked diligently for us. I worked with Deborah Bankhead and she was nothing short of perfect. She made me feel confident about the process, answered all of my questions and made herself available to me whenever I needed to speak to her. I'd work with her again in a heartbeat.

I am not one to give reviews, but getting divorced is a big step. You want to be sure you have a lawyer that will listen to you plead and who will work for you. I did not get that at all. My ex-husband has walked away with more control than he has had even when we were married. I have never cried this much in my life. My attorney watched me sign my life away and said I'm doing it for the kids, and yet everything I feared by going with joint custody has surfaced. My attorney attempted to "listen" but never heard one of my request. If you need someone who is highly professional, knows the law, and will FIGHT FOR YOU, then this is not the person for you. On the day that I am finalizing my divorce I am in tears, telling her I want to fight for custody of my kids. I want to have sole custody, their dad is not the type of person who will work with me. He has and always will work against me. My ex-husband got away with confining me to IRVING ISD because it was in the mediation documents. I was crying in the mediation room telling both the mediator and my lawyer I don't want to sign this. This is not in the best interest of the children. I spent countless hours texting this attorney calling her crying about the mental strain and mental abuse my ex-husband was putting me through. I told her time and time again I want custody. Well, it has been two months and my ex-husband has already broken the divorce decree endless times. NOW... I have to start ALL over again. Hire a new lawyer, one willing to fight for me and for the benefit of the children. Because as it turns out, all the stipulations my ex-husband put in the decree to bind me and tie me down, he has broken. Trust your gut. If your gut says you need to fight... then fight. I let myself get into a divorce mediation and decree that I knew deep down was wrong. But, I trusted my lawyer. This review is more emotional than detailed, because getting divorce is emotional. She should have seen my cry for help and custody and fought for me. Instead, she wanted me to do joint custody with a man who I cannot even have a conversation with.

Very professional team. They were eager to sit down and listen to me. This was my first offense and I was feeling so alone and confused. They responded very quickly and put my fears to rest. They handled everything for me so I could start focusing on moving forward with my life. The outcome was better than expected. They were with me the whole time, during the most difficult time in my life! I can't thank them enough for all they did for me!!!
