I contacted this office because it was recommended by Justin T Holt office (which they were great, they just don't handle minors traffic ticket). I called this office and response was slow to none I would have to make call backs to get an answer via text. I asked for a quote which never received. I called the office for an update and the individual answering the phones was short and slight of rude. I would be in mid asking question and she would interrupt answering the question she thought I was going to ask. I wanted to work with them, but if this is the experience, it's not positive.

I can't thank this office enough. Tracie and her paralegal Britany were absolutely amazing. Britany text me constantly with information and updates answered me back everytime I text her with all my crazy questions and paranoia. My son was court appointed this attorney and we were so worried and let me tell you she didn't treat my son or I any different. A miracle happened and I am so blessed. What a great Christmas gift. If you need an attorney go check them out. Wonderful people who actually care. Our family hopefully won't need their services again but if we do, they are who we are calling.
