She's has been in charge of my son's case and in the three court dates that we've had I've only met her once and talked to her once. She was very rude and didn't even know my name she called me Shannon my name is Stephanie. She made a point to inform my husband that has been in my son's life since he was 3 years old that he did not need to attend nor be a part of the situation because he wasn't the biological father. My son does not have a biological father. According to the state. She was rude declared that the court was going to be canceled. Could not give me a date nor time and did not even take the time to explain to me why or the situation that was going on. I had to go and contact the courtroom probation service to find out what was happening. She is very rude and unprofessional. I would not advise her to handle any of your case, especially if you're needing to know important information in regards to your case or even your child's case.

We had a frustrating legal situation. Tracie kept checking with authorities until she had the information she needed. She brought a successful resolution to our case. I hope to never need an attorney again, but if I do she will be my first phone call.

If you’d like an attorney who won’t file basic paperwork or meet court deadlines with the court in Benbrook, to where the court issues a bench warrant for your arrest for a moving violation, then Tracie Kenan is perfect for you! She also represents/presents herself as a criminal defense attorney while she is around Ft. Worth at local bars, but I would be very skeptical in hiring her to defend you as she can’t handle basic routine filings with the court, but she’ll gladly accept your hard earned money for services NOT rendered.

I found Ms. Kenan to be very unknowledgeable about certain law areas. When I retained her as my attorney I felt very comfortable in the beginning. But after a failed request for summary judgement and some other encounters that were questionable I started to become suspicious of her skills. So I requested to have her be released as my attorney. After going to a different attorney I was able to obtain a much more favorable a quicker outcome. I would highly not suggest her.
