Poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“Attempted to hire representation 3 days ago, ladies in office tell me they're trying to get in contact and have left several messages with the various courthouses. I personally contact courthouses, and am informed that no one from this law office has tried to call or left any message.”

“I paid her more than what the ticket was and still had to pay the ticket on top of paying her. She took my money and didn't fight the ticket.”

“Never got a called from her office, never even spoke with her personally. Then months later I get a letter in the mail saying I have to pay 1100 in less in a month. Ridiculous!”
