Was 5 star now 1 star because they bribed me into a 5 star review for $25, I was a former foster youth and had no bill for my hospital bill when I got hit by a car I told them this multiple times and even told them the insurance company was trying to trick them into giving them money because I was insured, when I was told I'd get not even 8,300 of the 30,000 case even though I sign a contract for 33%, I lost over 67% and I kept telling them to contact me and no one sent an email, only now at the end when I'm getting my check sent today do they do so, do yourself a favor and never try to find an attorney on the weekend look during the week your doing yourself a favor and you can do with a some r&r while looking for a better injury attorney, I'm greatly disappointed and they told me they managed to work something out the attorneys and insurance got 10k each and I get 8,250 absolutely phenomenal deal, I do wish to apologies as I know not all the employees are to blame but my disappointment is immeasurable I will never be able to sit down normally again, I'll be able to get a car but I won't have enough money to maintain a house or apartment despite me now being homeless because of the amount of time it took and how many times they said it was over, my family hate me and my friends have turned their back on me because of this I personally hate this company, also Incase anyone was curious about how much they take they say 33% to say they'll get the definite 10k, I had gotten 8,260, they paid the insurance 9,200 and the state 1,200, and also they had 2 days prior to the check getting shipped out to put it on positive pay and they didn't and when I realized it was a 3 day weekend I had to wait for the banks to open so when I had to drive an hour to get the check cashed and I had talked to them for an hour the attendant was INCREDIBLY RUDE, and sent me to someone who wasn't in the office, then when I called again they got it right but it was RIGHT before the banks close and I had to drive an hour back empty-handed, I apologize for the essay of a review but I could keep going about how terrible this company is do yourself a favor and get someone else
