Do not use this firm! We have been dealing with an accident for going on 8 months and all we’ve gotten is half the amount it took to repair the car, and the insurance company apparently salvaged the title and we have not heard from them in MONTHS! They also force EVERY SINGLE CLIENT to give a 5 star review before taking the case. So pay no attention to the 5 star reviews, they were all given before the firm even took the case. SMH

Al principio son muy amables pero después uno trata de comunicarse y no responden, hay algunas deficiencias en la red de comunicación entre los proveedores de servicios y los abogados, trato de comunicarme con Cris que es quien lleva la información de mi caso y no recibe las llamadas y no me regresan las llamadas

Well I'm putting one star because that is the only way I can leave a response,I saw a commercial stating that if you were in an accident two ago the you can get what you're owed so I clicked the add and this person name Roger contacted me so after talking to him and making me feel like they can help better than the attorney I had,I had my former Attorney to seen my file over to this law firm and I haven't heard from no one and the lady that answer seen to be somewhat confused when I ask for Roger as if she doesn't know him I'm on here asking for my files that the Attorney sent them so I can find an attorney immediately hope someone see this and help thanks

Been waiting for Kevin Delgadillo to call me back over a month and nothing. Supposedly they work 24/7 but yet when I want information about my case nobody can give me no update!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
