Minimum responses, no updates, no movement , no traction on anything and false promises given. Are these reviews based on private pay? Court appointed obviously isn’t getting the same experience.

It has been 2 week since my husband got this mans information and i have been waiting for a call. I wear my watch to sleep so I dont miss his call. i have googled his name to find out any other reachable numbers. i guess if he is not getting paid he does not care to respond. i would love to hire this man based off the reviews but the fact that we are non texas residents plays a major part in our worries for this case. at this point only prayer will help. seems like another lawyer who wants money and not to change lives!!!

Mr. Curtis has shown me that day and night no matter the fight i was goin to be alright. No matter of background preference HE IS HERE FOR YOU!! I thougjt all lawyers just wanna work with judge to help screw me over but no not Mr. Curtis he even answered my call and searched for information while being on vacation with his family without this man i will most likely would have been in prison but he stopped that and helped me get my life back. This attorney was assigned to me as a public defender. Multiple attempts were made to contact this attorney, and he does NOT return phone calls! He only called me once to say he will not be available to show up in court! I will be complaining to the bar! My grand jury is coming up, and he doesn't answer his phone! Horrible!

I hired Curtis for my divorce. He was exceptionally professional and didn't show any humor or concern to the other side, especially since my ex is a police officer for the same city Curtis once served; needless to say, Curtis was very well versed in the "politics" of things, so he did not bow to intimidation.
