The Law Firm of Alton Todd exceeded my expectations. I was involved in a horrific and life changing golf card wreck in May 2021. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Pedro about a case. Pedro took all my information for the attorney and called me an hour later with two follow up questions from the attorney. In that phone call he stated that the attorney would be reaching out to me later that day. Well, that was days ago and I have yet to hear from anyone. I understand when contacting a law firm that they might not take the case but a phone call conveying such would have been the courteous, professional right thing to do. That would have shown some integrity as well. *I never received a call, missed call or voicemail from you.

I called this law firm because I feel we have a legitimate wrongful death/malpractice case, but after almost 4 weeks of being told a lawyer would call me back no one ever did. A simple phone call of yes or no with an explanation would have been nice.

I have known Alton Todd for many years and have always relied heavily upon his advice on all legal matters. My most difficult problem is getting him to charge me for the help he has given me over those many years. He and his team specifically filed lien on some property for a loan that went horribly wrong and was deliberately left unpaid. I had lost hope of ever seeing a dime of that money. Several years later a local municipality needed a part of the land we had a lien on for roadway purposes and our lien clouded the title and the road would not be expanded unless the lien was released. Though the landowner did not want to share with us in the proceeds from the expansion of the road, Alton took it court, and through his representation we were paid our share for the partial release of the lien. For his services he would not take a payment and rather asked me to make a donation of his payment to a local charity in Friendswood, which I did. Thank you, Alton!

Alton represented me when I had an insurance claim for mold. It was extensive and contested. Alton did a very good job of a very disruptive event in my life.
