Wish I could give 10 stars! Had severe wreck and Alton and his team took care of everything from A to Z. I concentrated on getting well and they did everything else. They are the best hands down!

I purchased a residential property October 1, 2021. There was a misrepresentation of the property by the sellers. The sellers disclosure report submitted prior to my purchase did not disclose the presence of a certified mold report previously presented to the seller approximately four months before my purchase.. I knew nothing of the mold report submitted to the seller. until late March 2022, as a result of communication with the previous occupant. This became the grounds for my lawsuit. In the beginning the sellers chose their solution, which was to deny any willful act .Mr. Todd’s attempts to seek legal recourse and settle was met with resistance and counter claims…. It was a long process, with counter claims and inspections of the property, but the end result was a settlement through mediation. Mr. Todd was invaluable in seeking a settlement.. I would recommend his expertise without hesitation.

Alton has a reputation with defense attorneys. He takes a case, files suit, obtains the expert opinions necessary to win and they settle because they know he will win if it goes to trial. My husband and I are both attorneys and we could not have been happier with the result. We refer all of our clients to Alton Todd.

This place is false advertisement, they do not provide mal practice expertise, only personal injury. They are also in violation of certain codes. W'ell see how long they last in the industry.
