I had a will probated with this office. I really liked them they explained my options and did all the paperwork. Karen is the best very helpful and polite. I would recommend them.

Kristina is the best, she guided me to get the proper documentation and took care of me each step we took for my case and most importantly, my life. She was able to lower my charge which would impact my life greatly if it might have if stayed on the same charge. Hands down, best lawyer ever!

I've used Tim now for a variety of things from writing a will, to probating a pretty complex death without a will and transferring properties throughout multiple counties. Over the past couple of years, he has become my go to lawyer. I've even called him for advice on issues that he doesn't specialize in, and he is so plugged into the law community that he has been able to point me in the correct direction when other lawyers just turned me down. He's very personable, down to earth and been a great find! I found him originally by googling probate attorneys in Galveston county, calling all of them I could find and waiting for a call back. He was the first to call back, and it turns out that I'm very thankful that it was him!

Right up front they were honest, said it’d be a tough case but they absolutely would fight and try to dismiss it. Assuring me that it may take a while, but they weren’t going to give up. The price was a little more than I imagined but after consideration I knew it cost more to get good quality work. With ease of a payment plan that they offered, it ended up not being so bad. The outcome of a dismissal a year later was worth the money, worth the wait and DEFINITELY worth hiring this law firm. I 100% recommend their team. Kristina even followed up with me immediately to ensure she could expunge my record and work with me yet again on another payment plan.
