If I could give zero stars I would..I gave them 3,000 cash for something I may have needed them for,but didnt end up needing them.I requested my retainer refund over 2 months ago we are going into the 3rd month now still no retainer back..I still have the copy of the email I sent along with my receipt for the cash that I payed to them,and still have not got it back.Everytime I call, the two lady's that work there are very RUDE and give me conflicting info like there not on the same page with the info they give out..I just want my retainer back.They had no problem taking it,but they give you a hard time when it's time to give it back.This has created a financial burden for my family.Make sure you get Everything in writing they say because they seem to FORGET alot and leave out info....I highly do not recommend them.This is very unprofessional on every level.

I had a bad experience at my consultation. Mr. Morris was helpful enough, but said insensitive things that were not professional at all.

We had a difficult child custody case where we didn't know where to turn. Our trust level was low because we learned our current lawyer was taking our money and had lied about a few things. Fortunately, someone referred us to the law firm where Lacey practiced at the time. We weren't expecting her to come into the conference room, because our appointment was with someone else, but my God am I glad she did! Lacey spent hours looking through our case and found a way to get our child back who we had temporarily lost. It was not an easy experience or decision to make; However, Lacey eased our minds by taking time to explain the process and was patient even if she had to repeat herself several times for us to understand. She was comforting and made herself available even at night and weekends. She definitely care about her clients and will make you feel as if you are her only client.
