Tim helped me to obtain guardianship for a family member in somewhat of a tricky situation. He was incredibly diligent, compassionate and thorough. I cannot praise him enough for his help during a hard time in our family. I would absolutely recommend him.

When we realized we needed to seek guardianship for our adult daughter, we began the process of looking for someone we could trust. Mr. Berlinger came highly recommended by several people we contacted. We met with him to begin the process of guardianship as well as updating our wills. He was extremely informative and helpful and kept us up to date with the paperwork and visits that were required for the guardianship with the attorney ad litem and the social worker. He answered all our concerns and made sure our wills included a special needs trust to cover the needs of our daughter upon our death. He took care of the waivers that we needed from our other adult children and filed them with the court. He prepared power of attorneys, medical power of attorneys, and living wills for both of us, making sure we understood what each document entailed. We felt that he had our best interests at heart and he made sure all our questions were answered and that we understood our rights and responsibilities. He was prompt with all his communications with us and timely in representing us as his clients. We highly recommend Mr. Berlinger.

Mr. Berlinger is an excellent attorney who cares for his clients best interest. He is our attorney as well as my father-in-law. My father-in-law passed away recently and Mr. Berlinger was his attorney. He helped him obtain his will, medical power of attorney (son and daughter), and a Lady Bird Deed for his home. Mr. Berlinger showed compassion when talking with my father-in-law and also because he was majority Spanish speaking, he had an interpreter help with his case. This made my father-in-law very comfortable with the decisions he was having to make. When my father-in-law passed away and I had to make the phone call to Mr. Berlinger, he was extremely helpful in fulfilling what my father-in-law's wishing were and provided us with the information for his will. Mr. Berlinger is our attorney as well for our Guardianship over our Autistic son. He has helped us with obtaining Guardianship paperwork filed and walked us through this process to make it a pleasant experience.
