My husband and I retained Kelly in early 2010 concerning a step-parent adoption case. Prior to retaining Kelly I had retained two other attorney's, Jerry Loftin of Fort Worth, whom I had as divorce/enforcement counsel for over 4 years. Immediately prior to Kelly was a local attorney here in Denton who caused my family much, much heartache. Retaining Kelly was like a breath of fresh clean crisp air! Adoptions are charged with emotions and Kelly navigated each curve that came our way with professionalism and finesse. A key component to any case whether it be an adoption or a divorce is that you must be able to have full faith in the attorney you've retained, not only from an ethical stand point but also for piece of mind; both of these aspects were met upon retaining her as counsel. We couldn't have ask for a more trust worthy attorney and staff. The bottom line is when you go to sleep at night you can sleep peacfully knowing that you made a wise choice in retaining her as your attorney...and believe me that is half the battle won right there.
