Rusty was honest, and self-less, through such a frustrating matter. He spent 40 minutes on the phone with me the first time we talked, advising me even though I had not committed to using him, that's when I knew Rusty was my guy. I would recommend him to any of my friends, family, colleagues, etc.

To say that Reynolds and Reynolds went above and beyond would still be an understatement. I was involved in a hit and run accident over a year ago and my own insurance company abandoned me and said that my inured were pre-existing. This firm not only directed me to which physicians evaluations I needed to fight that but also continued to check up on me throughout the process. After getting multiple second opinions and finding out the damage was actually far worse than initially thought, the determination was made that I would need a full disk replacement after a failed injection therapy treatment. By then I had seen over a dozen physicians, my insurance company was still trying to settle for a laughably low amount that would not have even covered my initial evaluation, but Reynolds and Reynolds continued to direct me to stay on the course of a full settlement and advised me to go ahead with planning for the surgery. Over a year later, when i’m certain any other firm would have given up, Reynolds and Reynolds meticulously gathered all of my medical costs to date from this nightmare, sent another demand to my insurance company and got me the max policy settlement I needed to get my quality of life back. Without them, I would have been stuck with my insurance company’s initial ruling and still in chronic pain. My family and I are eternally gratefully and will be going straight back to Reynolds and Reynolds God forbid we ever have a need in the future.
