I was in a car accident when I was 15 years old back in 2012, at the time my face had undergone some trauma and I had a very long healing process, Mr. Snelling’s and his law firm stood by me and my family the entire time, still to this day I can call with any questions or concerns I have and he pulls my file back up and answers them, it has been such a pleasure and blessing working with this law firm, I’d recommend anyone to him .

I was was rear-ended by a visually impaired driver the night before my 32nd birthday. The incident was horrific from the actual strike to the poor hospital care. So I am a physician and was hit by a uninsured driver who ran a stop sign then lied to the police that he had insurance in Jan 2021. My SUV rolled over 5x about 213 feet. I had injuries and had to go to Physical therapy. I hired a law firm but they could not get State Farm to honor the policy. This went on for about 1.5 years until they hired Snellings Law Firm to help them. I was first contacted by one of the attorneys Hannah Conrardy. She was very professional and by talking to her I could tell she was in her comfort zone with these cases. Her confidence gave me more confidence that I might just get my case resolved. I want to point out that Hannah communicated with me with updates whenever she had something important and to let me know she was still working hard on the case if a lot of time had gone by. The office staff was also very responsive and we communicated through text as well which went into my file. I can't put into words the persistence that Hannah had like she was fighting for someone in her family. Then after we did receive a decent settlement offer, Hannah continued to see if there was more money on the table and kept pushing State Farm to settle for what was actually owed on the policy. I am a fighter myself and I recognize one when I see one. I can tell you that Hannah is one hell of a fighter. She took a case that was on the verge of collapse and got a big win for me and my family and for that I will be forever grateful. Not just grateful for the win but how she fought for it and made me feel that we were in this together.

Update. Scott called me a couple times to see how the referral went. Haven't got that far yet, busy. But he wants to know how it turns out. Awesome customer service!! Thank you! They couldn't help me, but they took time to talk to me and give me a number to find the correct type of representation I needed. After weeks on the phone, this was the only place that 'Intercepter' got an attorney to talk with me for a few minutes. So they get my good star for at least being human and communicating with me. My issue is motorcycle related and NONE of the Big Motorcycle Law Firms would talk to me. So go figure.

We love Scott & his staff. They made us feel like family. My son was in a horrible multi-car accident with many people effected. To say the least this was a very complicated, very involved case. I have known Scott for several years and have watched him successfully help his clients in the area of Personal Injury.
