I spoke with the secretary and set up an appointment and the attorney was exactly on time. we discuss the situation I had and he answered the questions I had. The greatest thing of it all there was no charge.

We had our family Trust updated and Amended due to our move to Texas. Jodie (Para Legal) and Alyssa (Attorney) provided us with an outstanding support and customer service. We truly enjoyed working with them. They are super punctual and everything was done as promised on schedule or sooner than we expected. We highly recommend their services. The customer care and attention to our needs far exceeded our expectations. Their fees are also very reasonable and we got the most value.

I had an LLC and transitioned to being a W2 employee. I had some tax obligations with the LLC and worked with Nick Nemuth and team and could not be happier. They are the real deal for sure! The service was so good, I felt like I was their only client. They helped me get the absolute best outcome possible, and everything is totally above board. 5 STARS!!

Hannah Stroud has been my lawyer for about eight years. She is extremely professional, helpful, caring and honest. I left another lawyer on advice to be represented by Hannah. I don’t regret a single minute of our relationship.

Had mediation with Hannah and she was extremely unprofessional. Not once did she attempt to mediate but in fact was biased the entire time as well as a bully. She made it loud and clear that she isn't good at marriage as well as has 3 "baby daddies" (no judgement there) however if you don't respect marriage nor have a grasp of it's value then how are you able to mediate fairly without taking marriage and families beliefs into consideration? Also, I got screwed with unfortunate scheduling for the last 2 years of Christmas with not having my daughter. I was basically bullied into settling majority of my case but when I specifically spoke up and made it clear I want the next 2 Christmas days with my daughter bc that would be fair and I refused to continue to be screwed over, her response was "Oh it isn't a big deal just open presents a different day" Are you freaking kidding me? You want me to make my other 2 children wait on opening gifts a 3rd year in a row rather than being a professional and doing your job and attempting to mediate. No value of family or holidays or children's best interest. Mediation is supposed to be unbiased yet she was as biased as could be. Judgements were passed from the minute she walked in the room. Constantly advocating for opposing counsel and not once attempted to advocate for me. Also degraded our family business to our face calling our breeding of show quality dogs a "puppy mill". She said she doen't like dogs. Extremely rude... I cannot stress that enough. Also after attempting to push me to settle for the opposite of what I wanted and my husband speaking up for me she tried to kick him out.again... marriage is a family unit and if I choose to have my husband there and he attempts to speak up for me you should have a little more respect. As someone previously reviewed you I will have to agree and say you are not God. Where is your moral compass on fairness or equality through unbiased and professional services? Family lives are changed over these things without a care in the world from Hannah.

We had the pleasure of working with David W. As an out of state client, David was extremely informative explaining varying States laws and regulations as well as addressing our concerns. The overall transparency they showed in billing and balancing of cost verses outcome was invaluable.

*Update: Moved from a 1 star to a 2 star review because Collin Kennedy (partner of firm) called and apologized for the issue listed below. He also offered to refund my consultation fee, which I declined. Many business owners would not admit that their associate made such an error so I commend him reaching out. I paid $300 for a 1 hr consultation with Daniel Gonzalez. After meeting for 40 min Mr. Gonzalez stated he would contact me regarding putting a $5,000 to $10,000 retainer to cover any work expenses, which I was agreeable to. The situation was that I have a contractor not fulfilling their contract to remodel my home (has been 8 months) and Mr. Gonzalez stated he believed the contract to potentially be in default. I was not looking to sue but to hire this firm to send a termination letter and handle any issues regarding the contractors pushback. After waiting 11 business days I had not heard back from Mr. Gonzalez. I reached out to get a response of I have been busy at work with paying clients. ? He never called me for a retainer and I was willing to pay the retainer to hire his firm. He stated the time frames were normal for this current period of construction. I don't agree with his advice but that's alright. My issue is the fact that there was no follow-up and would not have been follow-up if I had not called. Totally unprofessional to not make a phone call or email stating it wasnt worth pursuing. What would that have taken, maybe a minute? To dismiss it as being too busy to respond and that I wasn't "a paying client" is just a cheap excuse for him not doing his job. It was worth the $300 to learn that this attorney drops the ball and doesn't handle his potential client with professionalism. If a law firm hires this type of attorney it speaks volumes of the firm as well. The saddest part is Mr. Gonzalez actually tried to justify his lack of follow-up and unprofessional lack of response and believed he was in the right. Poor service and poor attitude.

David Wortham has been a great attorney. He listens to me and advises in a way that makes sense and has great merit. He was respectful of the money I was spending and did not spend unnecessarily. His experience and professionalism make it so easy to work with him. His advice was solid and beneficial. He is well rounded and puts his clients first. I would hole heartily recommend him.
