I reached out to him and explained the situation. He was very understanding. I had many questions and we went back and forth for some time. He understood my case. I felt confidence when he said that he was able to help me with a settlement. Once I reviewed the retainer and signed it, he took it from there. He kept me updated during the whole process. I received copies of the paperwork. If I had questions, I would reach out. He would inform me of my options and I decided what would work best for me. I received copies for my records and am so grateful for his services. I will use him in the future, when needed and refer my family and friends.
