I've known the Roach family for a very long time so I was very excited to find this firm when I was needing help in closing out my parents estate. I can not tell you how horrible my experience was with Jeffrey Yates!!! Not to mention I found several other negative reviews complaining about the same thing...he NEVER returned phones calls or emails. Just left me hanging!!! Then in my frustration I reached out to Laura Roach and she never returned my phone call (but they always found time to send out the bill)! So when I was at a very low point trying to finalize everything I finally moved on to never look back! Thanks for nothing!! Also there's no need to respond back to my review because I learn from the best to just not respond!!!!

If this firm cares about their future reputation then they will fire Jeff Yates immediately. He talks a nice game until he gets your retainer fee. Then he goes into hiding like a Russian spy. He was hired for business litigation but ended up getting us nowhere after 6 months and then withdrew as counsel without notice leaving us hanging with court deadlines. Stay away from this attorney at all costs or you will be donating money to a crook!
