Darryl Pratt help me on my Dads estate, with doing probate and new deeds, he is the kindest person I know, he not only took care of me and my family but he had compassion and love for our family and it was the smoothest transition his staff was the best if you need a great attorney this is who you would need to call.

Hunter Biederman is: Honest. Trustworthy. Straightforward. No B.S. and very responsive. Everything he has said that would be done or would happen has happened. About 3 years ago I was appointed Hunter Biederman for multiple cases. From the get go, I was told he was the best that I could get especially for a court appointed attorney. He was able to do miracles with my cases. He was straight forward and honest about the whole process and what I should do and what I need to do. Not only was he amazing, but his assistant Quiana was spectacular as well. They were through every step even after the original court preceding. If I were to ever need an attorney again. I would immediately call his office and ask for him. Quiana and Hunter are the best law duo that I have ever encountered. I am a free man with a better life because of those two.

If I could give them a zero star I would. This law group took my money and never did a single thing for me. Even when we spoke with Mr Pratt himself, he never contacted us again, never returned a single email or a single phone call. I gave Mr Pratt the option to return our money but never heard from him.

Unfortunately I have continued to have a poor experience. Mr Pratt did not call me at the scheduled time. I had to call the office looking for him. He did answer my questions however never did send me the paperwork we discussed. Again I had to call the office several weeks later to follow up. They said they had been discussing the case and would send the paperwork. It’s been another several weeks and no contact or paperwork. If this is the early experience I have little confidence I will get the support I need.

I contacted Pratt Law last spring because I was purchasing a house from my parents. Mr. Pratt was 40 minutes late to call me but we talked and he verified he could help me. I later set up a meeting with him, my parents and myself. Late again and had Mr. Butts call instead. He was not updated on the situation so I had to explain again. All Mr. Butts did was write a letter for us. I paid a $1,000 retainer. $400 something dollars was deducted from the retainer for a 20 minute phone call and a letter, but okay. I have been asking since last April for a refund of the unused retainer fee. At first I would get promises from the secretary and Pratt Jr. that they would send it right away. Now they don’t even reply to my emails. Not cool. Do not recommend!

Professional, helpful, responsive and kind. Highly recommend! Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to and work it. They are exceptional.
