A trustworthy lawyer

He was very helpful even though I wasn't able to get his services he was very understanding and giving me a free consultation and telling me some useful very good advice. Not all lawyers will hear you or tell you what options you have and/or tell you what he would do after telling them that you can't or aren't going to hire him to represent you ! Very helpful and straight forward. I called after hours too, and i didn't expect any one to call me till next day but he was the only one that responded back after hours (6:30ish -7pm) for me that is a plus, when we need help or want answers we want them fast and Nick helped me that same day, for free and gave me his advice no strings attached!

My Name is Dr Thelithia Nycole Wise. My father, Dr Tony F.Wise is the SR. Pastor of the Voice of Praise Baptist church. We reached out to this firm via telephone on a Friday in reference to needing a probate attorney. I was asking for a possible Tuesday consultation with myself and my family. The paralegal was very professional and kind and stated that she wasn’t sure about my Tuesday request, but stated that she would check with the partners at the firm and then contact me later Friday evening but if not by then, she would reach out on Monday for sure. I heard back from the firm later that afternoon on Monday via email. They asked me if I still wanted the consultation abs if so they would be able to meet on Wednesday instead of the Tuesday request. (That was totally fine with myself and my family) they then asked if I could meet at 1:00 so I told them, via email, that 2:00 works for the family. They confirmed times agrede to. (Keep in mind that all this communication is over email) Wednesday at 2:00 comes around and no contact from partners. We set aside time and the day for all parties to meet and they never called. I reached out Thursday via email To tell them about how upset I was that they were not prompt, not profesional, and certainly not companionate about their lack of follow through. This was low to treat people this way when your professional opinion and expertise is what is needed to take care of certain things legally. They charge $3,500.00 for very poor and low level service. They pay no attention to detail And they only interested in your retainer! They are not interested in actually doing the work. Do not use the company for any reason. They are a disgrace to the legal process Be advised, Dr. T. Wise

We had a lot of difficulty with our previous vehicle. We weren't even aware that there was anything we could do about the frequent issues but Mr. Riffe walked us through it. I am very satisfied with his services.

Had a very disappointing experience with Pratt Legal Group. Needed some assistance with my aging father and thought Pratt Legal Group was a good fit. Was asked to provide a $3500 retainer for this and it was confirmed to be refundable if not used. Retainer paid in May of 2022 and I utilized the services of one of their paralegals from May until October of 2022, at which time my father passed away. In December of 2022 I began requesting a refund of my unused retainer knowing that I had used very little of the original amount. After no response I sent additional requests for a refund in January 2023, then February. And then in March of 2023 I put in a call to their firm. And then another email request in March. At that point I posted some unfavorable reviews on social media. I received a call from Mr. Pratt that night and was assured the matter would be resolved quickly. I received a draft invoice in March of 2023 to which I promptly commented. In good faith I removed the negative reviews and now regret that I did. Since then the situation has not changed. I made further email requests in April, May and June. I am so dissatisfied with the Pratt Law Group. I have spent more time asking for a refund of my unused retainer than I did in receiving services. The Pratt Law Group is not to be trusted.

If you want results look no further. I had a few priors and Hunter made things happen for me with a Class A. He got me a dismissal in less than a month. He’s a winner plain and simple. Not a lazy trait in his craft. I was blown away with the dismissal and how fast he got it. I highly recommend, money well spent!

Hunter was amazing. He was readily available for my questions , reduced my charge, waived my warrant, and reduced my court costs.

Rita is professional, very knowledgeable, patient and detailed. I appreciate how she explained the divorce process thoroughly and maintained all documents in a timely manner. I would give more stars for her style of Communication if I could! Thank you Rita

Very professional. The vehicle we bought was a mess and torture for us. We were introduced to this Law Firm and I have to say it was such an easy process. Riffe was very honest and explained exactly what would happen in the process and let us know right away if he had a case. If you need someone for a stress free lemon law issue I recommend this law firm. Seriously my deepest gratitude for this man! Thank you.

These guys did a great job representing me . Troy is an amazing attorney. The DA had their hands full with him. I am extremely great full for what they did for me. There`s no doubt in my mind if I had a different attorney. I would have had no chance of winning. Quiana is a great legal assistant she helped me a lot with all the paperwork involved. She`s definitely a allstar. I highly recommend these guys.
