I was a first time offender but the number of my offenses and the serious nature of some(DWI and Felony Evasion charges) made it almost certain that I would be seeing jail or even prison time. However to Dan's awesome lawyer skills, he was able to bring get the DWI and Felony Evasion differed and removed from my record upon completion of probation. In the end, I've been charged with 2 misdemeanors and a 3 year probation sentenced that if served would see the more serious charges dropped. Throughout the entire ordeal, Dan responded to my inquiries and worries almost immediately. I can't thank him enough. Thanks Dan, A Grateful Idiot

My son found himself in quite a bit of trouble for making some very poor decisions. We met with several lawyers over the span of a few weeks. I had to move forward and try my case because a conviction would destroy my career. It also would have thrown a wrench in my personal life. In the middle of trial Dan made a motion and the case had to be thrown out! I was found not guilty immediately.
