From the moment we called this law office until final resolution of our case, Biederman and Burleson were best in class. The tenacity demonstrated by Mr. Burleson in the court room was a thing of beauty. He was prepared and presented a case that would deliver only one outcome, justice for our family. It was nice having confidence we were in the right hands in such a nerve racking moment. We can't recommend Mr. Burleson enough.

Will not help with non-speaking English clients. Not professional at all. Told this and that by a representative and told differently the next day by a different representative.

Attorney Biederman is professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner and most importantly his firm was detail oriented. My expectations were managed from Day 1 and Attorney Biederman communicated with me every step of the way. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with the firm.

They accomplished everything they said that they would do for me -- Got me a very light plea deal on a bogus charge. 5 Stars for that alone. It was cost effective to pay a small fine rather than fight it to the end, but I have no doubt they could have buried it completely. Beyond that, what more is there to know? They know the law, they know the judges, they know the prosecutors, and they know how to explain things succinctly and clearly (and they look sharp!). The costs were very clear up front, and they didn't surprise me with anything. I felt like communication could have been better; we only interacted as was strictly necessary over 8 months which was (at a guess) maybe a little over 1 hour of total dialog. The first few months where I heard nothing made me wonder if my case had slipped through some cracks. Not so; the justice system is just slow. Looks like an automated system sent me critical information like court dates. In a couple instances, office staff didn't respond to email and phone messages. Troy was reliable with cell texts.
