I was more than satisfied with my experiences with Attorney Gretchen Benolken . She takes a personal interest in your particular issue and gives it her wholehearted attention. Ms. Benolken promptly returns phone calls and is a stickler for Detail, to bring your matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

Gretchen has been our lawyer in a very complicated land sale involving pipe line easements, widening of road, de-annexing in one city and annexing in another. In all of this she has done an unbelievably remarkable job She is brilliant and also very patient with and caring for her clients.

You know, I have been getting my butt handed to me in surcharges, Fees fines and tickets, one after the other. Each one suspended my license a year from the date of the ticket. (I got a speeding ticket in Missouri, sent in the money for it but apparently you're supposed to show up for court to collect $200 back from them. I wouldn't drive there for $200 bucks, they could just keep it. Paid right. Nope, suspended my license down here in Dallas and that started a reoccurring loop of.....) I've been doing this a long time , I figured it would cost a lot - be a pain to do the occupational -what if they didn't approve me and I mean all these things -how much is a lawyer... I called Al and from the moment I talked to him and on - easiest affordable situation I have dealt with in a long time!!. Really it's been a while since someone hasn't taken advantage of my disadvantages and actually follow through and succeed. He may be reading this thinking no Big deal, but it is a big deal. I sent him everything he asked me to send him even on my tickets and not long after I had a signed occupational drivers license.!!!! Did not even have to go to court. I couldn't believe it - I feel like I owe him. Thanks Al ,now I can legally speed on down the road. I'll call you if that status change. I just told you the reason THIIS TIME that suspended my license and started this cycle. I am no Angel way better now than ever but if he took care of me he can take care you!

Mr Rowland gave me the best advice for my situation (unpaid traffic tickets ending in a warrant) from the very beginning. He took the time to meet the judge on several occasions on my behalf and I never even had to step foot in the court room! Any time I had questions or concerns throughout the entire process, he was available over the phone or email. I would recommend Al to anybody who needs legal help!
