I've known the Roach family for a very long time so I was very excited to find this firm when I was needing help in closing out my parents estate. I can not tell you how horrible my experience was with Jeffrey Yates!!! Not to mention I found several other negative reviews complaining about the same thing...he NEVER returned phones calls or emails. Just left me hanging!!! Then in my frustration I reached out to Laura Roach and she never returned my phone call (but they always found time to send out the bill)! So when I was at a very low point trying to finalize everything I finally moved on to never look back! Thanks for nothing!!
