I've known the Roach family for a very long time so I was very excited to find this firm when I was needing help in closing out my parents estate. I can not tell you how horrible my experience was with Jeffrey Yates!!! Not to mention I found several other negative reviews complaining about the same thing...he NEVER returned phones calls or emails. Just left me hanging!!! Then in my frustration I reached out to Laura Roach and she never returned my phone call (but they always found time to send out the bill)! So when I was at a very low point trying to finalize everything I finally moved on to never look back! Thanks for nothing!! Also there's no need to respond back to my review because I learn from the best to just not respond!!!!

Taylor represented me in a very difficult divorce situation where both the opposing spouse and attorney were very unpredictable and non professional. Taylor really made the difference by being very easy to communicate with; there was no legal terminology confusion, just straight talk and answers. During the non-contested arbitration, Taylor kept minutes of conversations, offers and a live spread sheet for division of assets. This allowed her to be very efficient and tactical. The opposing attorney was always behind and slow to respond. In the end the settlement was excellent and it took the opposing attorney 2 hours to catch-up with final documentation. I walked away that day feeling very fortunate that I had selected Taylor to represent me in the most difficult situation imaginable.
