Ted has been our family attorney for years. When I was diagnosed with leukemia, Ted helped us draft a will that allowed me to go forward with treatment, knowing my family would be taken care of in case I succumbed. Thankfully, I am now cancer free. Ted also helped us with a legal matter regarding our son and our school district. He was professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent advocate for us. I have known Ted before I knew him as a lawyer - I taught his daughter in Middle School, and through that, I got to know this outstanding, compassionate man. I am honored to know him, and glad that he has been there when my family needed him.

WE RECENTLY MOVED TO TEXAS AND NEEDED TO UPDATE OUR LAST TESTAMENTS, LIVING WILLS, ETC.. MR. OGILVIE AND HE PROMPTLY TOOK CARE OF ALL THE DOCUMENTATION ACCORDING TO HIS STATED TIMELINE AND PRICE ESTIMATE. FOR THE IN-PERSON SIGNING PROCESS MR. OGILVIE CAREFULLY GAVE AN OVERVIEW OF EACH DOCUMENT ALONG WITH IDEAS ON WHAT OUR FAMILY SHOULD DO IN THE FUTURE IF NEEDED. WE WILL USE MR. OGILVIE'S SERVICES FOR OTHER PERSONAL AND BUSINESS LEGAL MATTERS.
