I have known and worked with Hanshaw Kennedy more times that I wished for over the last 10 years. As President/CEO of a large manufacturing company, we had several occasions where we needed quick or immediate assistance. Hastings and his team (you won't find a better person in the world than Michelle) were able to quickly mobilize and meet us to offer guidance and legal assistance in the most professional manner possible. The firms ability to put complex legal situations in terms non-lawyers can understand is a tremendous help when trying to work through legal situations. Had mediation with Hannah and she was extremely unprofessional. Not once did she attempt to mediate but in fact was biased the entire time as well as a bully. She made it loud and clear that she isn't good at marriage as well as has 3 "baby daddies" (no judgement there) however if you don't respect marriage nor have a grasp of it's value then how are you able to mediate fairly without taking marriage and families beliefs into consideration? Also, I got screwed with unfortunate scheduling for the last 2 years of Christmas with not having my daughter. I was basically bullied into settling majority of my case but when I specifically spoke up and made it clear I want the next 2 Christmas days with my daughter bc that would be fair and I refused to continue to be screwed over, her response was "Oh it isn't a big deal just open presents a different day" Are you freaking kidding me? You want me to make my other 2 children wait on opening gifts a 3rd year in a row rather than being a professional and doing your job and attempting to mediate. No value of family or holidays or children's best interest. Mediation is supposed to be unbiased yet she was as biased as could be. Judgements were passed from the minute she walked in the room. Constantly advocating for opposing counsel and not once attempted to advocate for me. Also degraded our family business to our face calling our breeding of show quality dogs a "puppy mill". She said she doen't like dogs. Extremely rude... I cannot stress that enough. Also after attempting to push me to settle for the opposite of what I wanted and my husband speaking up for me she tried to kick him out.again... marriage is a family unit and if I choose to have my husband there and he attempts to speak up for me you should have a little more respect. As someone previously reviewed you I will have to agree and say you are not God. Where is your moral compass on fairness or equality through unbiased and professional services? Family lives are changed over these things without a care in the world from Hannah.

David Wortham has been a great attorney. He listens to me and advises in a way that makes sense and has great merit. He was respectful of the money I was spending and did not spend unnecessarily. His experience and professionalism make it so easy to work with him. His advice was solid and beneficial. He is well rounded and puts his clients first. I would hole heartily recommend him.

I have now tried 5 very large cases alongside Collin, all of which were big victories on complicated cases. Most recently, in 2020, we tried a case together in Federal Court in Little Rock, AR, which resulted in a nearly $10 million verdict on behalf of Emergency Room doctors in Arkansas. Then, in August of this year, we went to war in Harris County against a Fortune 500 Insurance Company on behalf of Emergency Room doctors across Texas. In that case, the result was even better, and the jury returned a verdict of $19 million. Building upon that momentum, I asked Collin to help our trial team pick a jury in Las Vegas, NV in a case where our Emergency Room doctor clients had been grossly underpaid by the largest health insurance company in the United States. Collin’s intuition, resourcefulness and substantial trial experience allowed us, over the course of 6 long days, to seat a jury that gave our clients a $62 million dollar verdict at the end of trial. Hannah Stroud is an unprofessional as it gets. My interactions with her have been limited because of these actions as well as she feels like she is God but hey you are who you are and she does an awful job of protecting people's privacy so I would stay as far away from her as possible
